Privacy Policy

Don Grindino ("we", "us") is run by Karazhan. This policy explains what we collect when you use dongrindino.com and the Don Grindino app, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect as little as we can and never sell it.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address and the date you joined.
• Account: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication - we never see them.
• Subscription: your plan and subscription status. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records IP addresses, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

What we don't collect

The app reads pixels on your screen to play the game. That happens on your computer and screen contents are not sent to us. We don't collect your game login, game files or anything else on your PC. The site has no ads and no third-party tracking.

How we use it

• To email you once when Don Grindino launches, if you joined the waitlist.
• To log you in and show your account and plan.
• To manage your subscription and send related emails, like receipts.
• To prevent abuse and fix problems.

Cookies

We set one cookie, __session, which keeps you logged in. It's strictly necessary, so there's no cookie banner. Our payment provider may set its own cookies during checkout.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run Don Grindino for us:

• Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, login, database), in the United States.
• A payment provider (payments and tax).
• An email provider, to send the launch email.

We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Waitlist emails: until launch, or until you ask us to remove yours.
• Accounts: until you delete your account.
• Billing records: as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Email support@dongrindino.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Don Grindino isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For big changes, we'll email account holders.
