Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Karazhan ("we", "us") for using dongrindino.com and the Don Grindino app (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. Game rules and ban risk

Many games, including World of Warcraft, prohibit automation in their terms of service. Using Don Grindino may break those terms and can lead to warnings, suspensions or permanent bans of your game account. You use the Service entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for checking and following your game's rules. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment or any game publisher, and we are not responsible for any action they take against your account, or for lost progress, items or purchases.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 to use the Service. Keep your login details safe - you're responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are processed by a third-party payment provider, and their terms also apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Unless the law says otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices, but we'll tell you before a change affects your subscription.

4. Your license

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app while your account is in good standing. Don't resell, share, copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, and don't use the Service to break the law or to harm other players or services.

5. Changes and availability

Games update constantly, so features may stop working, change or be removed. We don't guarantee that the Service will always be available, work with every game version, or be free of bugs.

6. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including game bans or lost in-game progress, items or currency. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and email account holders about big changes. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
